The Fund Avec Coupon (FR0000295776) will be merged with the Fund Expansion Obligations share D (FR0000011132) on September 24, 2007. On this occasion, Expansion Obligations will change its legal form from SICAV to FCP as of September 25, 2007.
The Net Asset Value of Expansion Obligations will be divided by 20 on September 7, 2007, and then decimalised in a 1/1000th share on September 21, 2007.
There will no longer be any subscription fee non-acquired to the fund. Redemption and subscription requests will be closed on September 19, 2007, after the centralization of both funds.
On September 26, 2007, redemptions and subscriptions requests for Expansion Obligations will be collected under a new ISIN Code.
