Transfer of the Europe Cash Fund and Europe Defender Fund compartments of the France Luxembourg Sicav to the L Select Sicav
On 3 June 2010, the Europe Cash Fund and Europe Defender Fund compartments of the France Luxembourg Sicav are transferred to the Luxembourg-based L Select Sicav following their merger with two new compartments of L Select, created for this operation. The ISIN codes of the two compartments remain unchanged.
Shareholders not wishing to take part in this restructuring have until 3 June 2010 to redeem their shares free of charge.
