Real estate is a tax shelter but also, and always over the long term, a growth asset.
Access to revenue-generating real estate (offices and shops), or for residential rental (the Scellier act) may be made through “pierre-papier" (paper-based real estate investment); but what is the strategy for these funds and how do we select them?
