Investors' attention is drawn to the fact that the current assets of the SICAV (mutual fund) Senioractions is below 4M€ since July 11, 2008. Consequently, in application of article 411-14 of the general regulations of the AMF (French Financial Market Authority), the repurchase of shares of the SICAV Senioractions is suspended.
If this situation were to persist for 30 days, the liquidation of the Sicav, by merger with another OPCVM (mutual fund) will be offered to shareholders, subject to the AMF agreement.
