SICAV Eurassur

Investors' attention is drawn to the fact that the current assets of the SICAV (mutual fund) Eurassur has been below 4,000,000 euros since October 27, 2008.

Consequently, in application of article 411-14 of the general regulations of the AMF (French Financial Market Authority), redemptions of shares in the SICAV are suspended.

If this situation were to persist for 30 days, a merger of the Sicav will be offered to shareholders, subject to AMF approval.
